Terms of membership

The Swedish-Russian Business Club (SRBC) is an association of corporate and individual members from Russia and Sweden who possess a common interest in the business cooperation between the two countries.

Those eligible for SRBC membership are Russian and Swedish companies, organisations, official missions and representatives (such as embassies, consulates and representative offices), and individuals in Russia and Sweden who pursue common business objectives. The Club offers two types of membership: corporate or individual.

Any company, organisation or individual wishing to become a member of the SRBC is requested to submit an application in writing to the Secretariat.

Membership is subject to a fee. The yearly membership fee for companies and organizations is 500 Euros. A yearly membership for individuals is also available upon payment of a fee of 50 Euros.

Upon registration maximum 6 month period is given for paying the first membership fee. Should the fee remain unpaid by the end of this period, the registration will be cancelled.

Any member who is in default of fee payment for more than three months will be given 30 days notice. Should the fee remain unpaid by the end of this notice period, membership will be cancelled.

The Board has the right to expel any member who fails to abide by the SRBC by-laws, or whose conduct is unbecoming or contrary to Club interests.
