The Board of the Club

 

The Board is the highest executive body of the Club, which "gathers" every second
month - either in person or by teleconferencing.

On the 11th of June, 2008 the General Assembly of the Club took place in Moscow,
where the members elected a new board for the coming year.
The newly-elected Board consists of 12 members representing both large and small
Swedish and Russian companies.

SRBC BOARD

Carl Östring, Chairman of the Board
Born in 1974. Education: Master of Law (LL M), Uppsala University 2000. Universite de Strasbourg, diploma in French, 1998. Professional experience: Advokatfirman Fylgia, Stockholm 2000-2006. Magnusson Lawfirm, Stockholm and Moscow, since 2006. Member of the Swedish Bar Association (Advokatsamfundet) since 2005.

Ekaterina Udalova, Vice-Chairman of the Board
Managing director at UMACO Management, Moscow.

Anders Bergstrom, Secretary
Born 1959. Education: The Royal Institute of Technology , Stockholm . Expertise in civil engineering and project management. Programme director for Nordpraktik - New Managers for Russia and Ukraine , head of project department at the Norden Association. 1984-86 Kullenberg Construction Company, 1986- Norden Association. Since 1992 involved in various business development and educational programmes towards the Baltic countries and Russia. Since 1998 Programme director for Nordpraktik - New Managers for Russia.

Ekaterina Burlakova
Born in Krasnodar. Education: Master degree in foreign languages with specialization in international trade from the Kuban State University, Master degree in International Education and International Development from the University of Stockholm . Work experience from international infrastructure projects e. g. Caspian Pipeline Consortium, Swedish Council for District Heating SweHeat. Since 2005 working as international coordinator at SWECO, the Nordic region's leading provider of consulting services in the fields of engineering, environmental technology and architecture.

Nikolay Ovchinnikov
Born1973. Education: 1994 Moscow State University , Master of Biology. 1995-2000 Import Manager, Managing Director and Shareholder in foodstuff import and trading companies. Since 2000 Raptika Fish Processing Plant founder and shareholder. Since 2001 Prod Co. trading company shareholder and CEO. Today Raptika is one of the leaders of premium segment of seafood market in Russia . Prod Co is on of the most developed foodstuff distribution companies with branch network in key regions of Russia and continuous extension to CIS, EU and US markets.

Nikita Chernovalov
Born in 1977 in Chelyabinsk. Education: 2001 - The Presidential Initiative Program, Management; 1999 - The Chelyabinsk State Teacher Training University, English/French. Since 2003 - Regional Business Development Manager, Fagerhult AB, Yekaterinburg. Since 1999 till 2003 experienced managerial positions in various interior and lighting businesses.

Anastasia Nekrasova
Born 1969. Master degree in linguistics and pedagogy from the Pomor State University in Arkhangelsk 1991. MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden, 2006. 1998-2004 worked as the head of education and a project consultant with "Nordpraktik-New Managers for Russia ", a Swedish-Russian business development programme. 1999-2006 was the founder and the head of the board of Business Support Bureau Runa (Arkhangelsk). At present - the managing director of Runa Business Support (Sweden). Many-year experience of Swedish business development in Russia. Core competence - cross-cultural communication in international business.
